How long will it take to ship out my order?


Most orders ship out within 3 business days after an order is placed. However, processing may take longer if the volume of orders is higher, or around holidays.




How long will it take to receive my order?


Domestic orders usually take 1-2 weeks to receive. International orders vary by location. In most cases you should expect your order in about 2 to 4 weeks. COVID NOTICE 2021: Due to the current global situation, please expect delays in shipping speed. As of Oct 2021: The international shipping situation is currently dynamic and changing from day to day. Please expect delays, both in shipping speed AND how long it takes for your order to leave our facility. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes! International packages are shipped with either USPS, DHL, RRD, or Global Post Economy and then transferred to your local postal service once it arrives in your country. Taxes, VAT, and additional fees: Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these additional fees if/when they occur.




Why is international shipping so expensive? Can you lower the shipping price?


Shipping costs are determined by the shipping courior and cannot be changed. However, if you are interested in buying multiple items and want to see if there is a cheaper shipping option, you can contact us and we'll see what we can do for you!




Do you accept credit cards?


Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards. After clicking "Checkout with PayPal", you will be taken to a different screen. There, click "Pay with Debit or Credit" or "Checkout at Guest"




Return, Refund, and Cancelation policy?


1) We do not accept returns

2) If you would like to cancel your order before it is fulfilled, please contact us immediately. Please note, a full refund may not be possible. Please make sure your order and all details you enter during checkout are complete and accurate to avoid complications.

3) We do not issue refunds after orders are fulfilled (shipped)

4) We want our customers to have a positive experience shopping on our site, so if you have any issue with your order, we want to hear from you (contact us here) and we will do our best to make you a happy customer. :)




I've already placed an order but I made a mistake on my shipping address!  Can I change it before it ships?


Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address and we will do what we can. General Policy:
1) If your entire order purchase is under $35, we can update your order's shipping address if your order has not been fulfilled (shipped) yet. Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake. 2) If your entire order purchase is over $35, we may not be able to update/alter your order's shipping address. if this case occurs, and your order has not been fulfilled (shipped) yet, you may request a cancelation of your order and then place a new order. Please see the "Return, Refund, and Cancelation Policy" in our FAQ for details. 3) Shipping address cannot be changed once order is fulfilled (shipped)
