Updated 11/27/24: Due to the ongoing postal worker strike in Canada, we are currently unable to ship to certain regions in Canada. However certain regions still have the option to ship via FedEx, which has been unaffected by the strike. To check this, go to the cart page and input your region.  If we are able to ship to your area, you will see a shipping cost (which is from FedEx).  If we are unable to ship to your area, you will see a message that says "Sorry we don't deliver to your area."

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes!  We accept all major credit and debit cards.  After clicking "Checkout with PayPal", you will be taken to a different screen.  There, click "Pay with Debit or Credit" or "Checkout at Guest"

Shipping Rates & Options?

-DOMESTIC (USA & Puerto Rico)-

Flat rates as follows:

-Orders containing only stickers: $1.50 (untracked)
-Orders containing small prints & cards (size 5" x 7" and under): $4.00 (tracked)
-Orders containing other products: $5.00 (tracked)
-Orders containing Mugs: $6.50 (tracked)
-Orders containing ORIGINAL/one of a kind artworks: $10 (Priority mail, tracked)

Note: Highest applicable shipping rate will be applied to your order, depending on the items in your cart. For example, if you order stickers and prints, you'll be charged the print rate. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or in some cases UPS.

-INTERNATIONAL-

Rates based on size & weight of order. Options you may see at checkout:

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL (2 - 5 Weeks) :

This is the most economical international shipping method, but it may take some time to arrive!  Depending on the size and shape of your order it will be sent via 'USPS' OR 'Asendia'.  In either case, the package will be handed over to your national mail carrier once it arrives in your country for final delivery to you. Small lightweight and/or paper-based orders will be UNTRACKED whereas bulkier/heavier orders will have door-to-door tracking in most cases (Please see list below for tracking-eligible countries. Countries not on the list will have limited or no tracking regardless of order size).

How to tell if your order will come with tracking when using Standard International?

The easiest way is to add your items to the cart and check the calculated shipping costs. If your order’s shipping cost is over $9, it will come with door-to-door tracking if your destination is on this list:

Please note, the above info is based on most frequent buyer scenarios, (90% of international orders follow these rules) however please know tracking is NOT guaranteed when shipping via ‘Standard International’.  If speed & tracking are a priority, please select a different shipping option at checkout.  Or contact us if you do not see such an option available for your area.

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL CONNECT PLUS (3 - 7 Business Days)

This is a fast, fully-tracked, express international shipping option that is also relatively economical!  Available for most destinations.

NOTES FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Taxes, VAT, and additional fees: Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees. Zaccura.com is not liable for these fees as they are determined by the carrier or customs officials in the destination country and we have no control over them. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these additional fees if/when they occur.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! To offer the most affordable rates possible, we use an array of couriers depending on the destination country of the order (examples: USPS, FedEx, and Asendia are most frequently used).  If you selected a tracked shipping method at checkout, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  Please see "Shipping Rates & Options" for more details on international shipments.

Return, Refund, and Cancelation policy?

1) We do not accept returns

2) If you would like to cancel your order before it is fulfilled, please contact us immediately.

3) We generally do not issue refunds after orders are fulfilled (shipped).

4) Replacements may be possible on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us with your issue and we'll see what we can do!

I've already placed an order but I made a mistake on my shipping address!  Can I change it before it ships?

1) Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address and we will do what we can!
 
2) Shipping address cannot be changed once order is fulfilled (shipped)

How long will it take to ship out my order?

Accepted Answer

Most orders ship out within 3 business days after an order is placed.  However, processing may take longer if the volume of orders is higher, or around holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Domestic orders usually take 5 - 14 days to arrive.  International orders vary by location and shipping method.  In most cases you should expect your order in about 2 to 6 weeks.  But in some cases it can take longer. If using the FedEx Int Connect Plus option, you should receive your order in about a week!

Please note these estimates do not take into account delays in the mail system that can occur due to natural disasters, weather, and other factors.

Why is international shipping so expensive? Can you lower the shipping price?
